Privacy policy
The site has no form, cookies or analytics. We receive data about you only when you write to us or call us yourself.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Expo Line d.o.o. The company’s address, tax ID (PIB) and registration number are on the Contact page and at the bottom of every page.

When you visit the site
The site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. It loads nothing from other parties’ servers: fonts and images are on our server.
The site runs on a DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt (Germany). For the page to reach you, the server technically processes your IP address, the time of the request, the page address and data about your browser. The server keeps no visit log: we do not store this data and do not use it to identify you.
When you write to us or call us
We process what you send us or tell us: name, contact details, company name, measurements and photos of the space and other data from the message.
We use it to reply to you, to prepare a furniture layout and an offer, and to deliver and install the furniture if you order it. The legal basis for processing is your request before a contract is concluded, or the performance of the contract.
We do not sell the data or give it to others, except when this is needed for delivery or required by law. Our email is run by Loopia.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, the offer and the order. If you become a customer, we keep invoices and contracts for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
Your rights
Under the Law on Personal Data Protection (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti, Official Gazette of RS No. 87/2018), you have the rights listed below. Send your request by email; we reply no later than 30 days after we receive it.
- access to the data we hold about you and a copy of it
- correction of inaccurate data
- erasure of data or restriction of processing
- objection to processing
- a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs)
